Pound Cake: Available in the following: vanilla butter pound, raspberry swirl, lemon pound, almond pound, chocolate chip pound, marble pound, and strawberry swirl pound.


Chocolate Layer Cake: A deliciously moist chocolate layer cake with a choice of vanilla or chocolate butter cream, whipped cream or cream cheese icing.


Vanilla Layer Cake: A moist vanilla layer cake with the choice of vanilla or chocolate butter cream, whipped cream or cream cheese icings.


Italian Rum Cake: Three layers of weightless Italian sponge cake drenched with rum and filled with home-made vanilla and chocolate custard. Iced with real whipped cream, toasted almonds covered the sides and topped with cordial cherries.


Tiramisu Cake: Three layers of Italian sponge cake soaked in espresso, brandy, and rum liqueur and filled with mascarpone cheese. Sides decorated with lady fingers and topped with cocca and drizzled with chocolate.


Cannoli Cake: Homemade cannoli cream filling, a family recipe, between three layers of Italian sponge cake iced with whipped cream and topped with mini cannolies and chocolate chips.


Chocolate Ganache: A very rich chocolate cake layered with an exquisite blend of Belgium chocolate, eggs, butter and whipped cream. Iced with the same blend then decorated with chocolate shaved curls.


Chocolate Cheesecake: A layer of New York Style cheesecake sandwiched in between two layers of moist chocolate cake. Iced with butter cream chocolate icing and brushed with chocolate crumbs.
Chocolate Chip Chiffon: French chiffon cake delicately baked with tiny semi-sweet chocolate chips. Iced with whipped cream and decorated with chocolate chips.


Chocolate Mousse Cake: Rich devil’s food layers filled with a light chocolate mousse and iced with real whipped cream. Topped with chocolate curls and brushed sides with chocolate crumbs.


German Chocolate Cake: A rich chocolate layer cake filled with our own German chocolate filling of butter, walnuts, and coconut.


Black Forest Cake: Moist chocolate cake layered with homemade vanilla custard and a succulent cherry filling. Topped with real whipped cream and cherries.


Chocolate Raspberry Ganache: This is our award winning cake, placing second in the Philadelphia chocolate challenge. This cake adds raspberry preserve filling to our delicious chocolate layer caked iced with our chocolate ganache icing.


Carrot Cake: Our homemade bled of grated carrots, pineapple, coconut, pecans, walnuts, raisins, and spices, iced with cream cheese mixed with walnuts and raisins.


Strawberry Short Cake: Light Italian sponge cake layered with a blend of real whipped cream and sweet strawberries. Iced with whipped cream and topped with dollops of whipped cream and choice of strawberries to a decorated top.


White Chocolate Mouse: Yellow caked filled with a heavenly blend of white chocolate mousse. Iced with whipped cream and topped with white chocolate curls.


Tropical Fruit Cake: Our light sponge cake filled with homemade vanilla custard topped with fresh tropical fruit. The sides are glazed with fruit and sprinkled with coconut.


Tropical Fruit Tart: Tart shell painted with chocolate filling with vanilla custard topped with fresh tropical fruit. The sides are glazed with fruit and sprinkled with coconut.


Jewish Apple Cake: A delicious blend of freshly sliced apples and spices baked in our homemade cake batter.


Wedding Cake Fillings: Buttercream, Coconut, Coffee, Key Lime, Lemon, Maple, Mint chocolate Chip, Mocha, Orange, Peanut Butter, Peppermint, Pina Colada, Caramel, Coconut flake, Almond, Raspberry, Strawberry, Cookies and Cream, Smore, Peach, Butterscotch
